Local foods:

We mainly serve vegetables from the immediate region (Walser farmers) and our meat comes from Salzburg butchers. With very few exceptions, almost everything in our kitchen is freshly produced and prepared by our team of chefs. Of course, we do not cook with chemicals or glutamate.
